Thus far, the 2023 IMW Summer Health Challenge has:
#1 challenged you to think and work on food choices and the difference between #RealFood and #FakeFood
#2 how exercise plays a role towards an improved metabolism
#3 how to find a balance between diet and exercise
and finally
All of this brings me back to this. When you eat food, no matter what it is, none of the above matters much if your Gut health is poor. The intro to how your dietary ingredients may affect your gut health was part of Challenge #4. So let's expand on that today.
