Eric Blair truly saw the writing on the wall!

Onions...my family loves them and the season is right now for the best ones. So I am going to share our favorite recipe that you can use and put on or (in) anything.

One cup sour cream or humus, 2 cups of chopped onions (small quarters), 1 tbsp. parm cheese, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1c. shredded swiss cheese, 1 tbsp. fresh garlic. Mix everything together. Place in butter greased 1 quart glass dish. Bake uncovered 325 degrees 40 min. Makes 2 cups

Sunshine - yes and for me and my olive complexion that’s without UV protective clothing and sunscreen unless I on the beach.

Love the chicken skin. Used to feed it all to the dog - lucky girl!

Love dairy. It does not reciprocate. Comment on full fat but lactose free please?

Interested in your comment about water consumption as I have struggled to drink “enough” - probably too much? Struggled too with frequently needing the restroom when drinking “enough”.

Onions - best raw or do they retain their benefits when cooked? Red vs yellow vs white? Curious.

Lots of good information packed in here.
