If you get your health news from mainstream and non-censored social media pundits, you may not be reading/hearing all you need to know to make fully informed healthcare decisions. So I compiled some recent media posts/reports to give you something to think about.
Here is my thinking process when I see/read/hear health related news.
I don’t believe everything I read or am told.
I demand or wait for proof.
I don’t believe in blind trust.
Instead I may put a little trust in those I am confident in, but I still need to verify what I see/read/hear and make sure it is reality and not propaganda/bias/gaslighting.
You get to decide what you believe and who you trust AFTER reviewing as many different viewpoints as possible.
It does not then matter whether you are FOR or AGAINST any healthcare intervention. What matters is that you are allowed to decide what is best for you.
Not some guru.
Not a bureaucrat or politician
Not a media personality
Not a famous actor/actress/singer
Not a multibillionaire
Not a biased “fact-checker”
You get to decide.
Here we go……
My comments, if any, after the media post.
To follow the science you have to follow the silenced.
Censorship of opinions that go against govt and mainstream media do not allow you to follow all the science. Media does not report the news to allow you to make an informed opinion. Instead present day media is used to SHAPE PUBLIC OPINION, without you even knowing about it.
Intermittent fasting is not some fad health craze.
It is the way humans existed for most of the last 2.5 million years until the agricultural revolution ~12,000 years ago.
Our metabolism evolved to be in this state.
Why is everyone so afraid of intermittent fasting now?
Because the govt/mainstream dietary recommendations have had it wrong for over 50 years. Have you ever seen the govt or politician admit they were wrong about something?
At this point the most rebellious thing you can do is to stop eating garbage, get healthy and no longer be dependent upon the sickcare system!!
WooHoo!!
The IMW is here to help you with true Wellcare.
'Poor quality studies' = Any study that contradicts my ideological/political opinion and which I can't respond intellectually to.
Confirmation Bias - bias that results from the tendency to process and analyze information in such a way that it supports one’s preexisting ideas and convictions: Confirmation bias is a major issue when we get all our news from social media sites. Unfortunately, their experimental method was proven invalid due to confirmation bias.
It is especially important to get sunlight in your eyes on *cloudy* mornings… and there is plenty of it. It does take longer however.
We evolved to spend more time outdoors. The Sun is very very important in many ways.
Bake the chicken and then eat all the crispy chicken skin.
Not just tasty but very healthy.
Drinking too much water could just end up flushing out electrolytes. Don't drink water for the sake of it.
Water is a balancing act. I have yet to see any proof about recommendations to drink as much water as many pundits say. Instead drink water when thirsty. Drink enough so your urine is mostly clear with just a tinge of yellow.
What’s for dinner?
Could always add more onions.Onions are full of antioxidants; like QUERCETIN. Quercetin fights inflamm, boosts immune system, &kill a list of bacteria. Quercetin acts as a zinc ionophore, transports zinc across cell membrane &helps reduce viral replication
And don’t forget that onions taste really good.
Does Eating High-Fat Dairy Cause Heart Disease or Obesity? Has the Science Changed In The Last Decade? – "... the more dairy consumed, the lower the risk of heart disease and the less obesity. People have been eating high fat dairy for millennia. But now it’s the root cause of the global obesity pandemic? Because scientists tell us so?
I think I eat cheese with just about every meal.
“Any great truth… must first be opposed, then ridiculed, after a while accepted, and then comes the time to prove that it is not new, and that the credit of it belongs to someone else.”
People don’t like change, even if it is for the better.
My epileptic toddler had 80 seizures a day — until I put him on the keto diet.
There are so many reports of this but mainstream dietary dogma for some reason does not want you to know.
I miss the 1990s and 2000s when people weren’t scared to tell the Truth.
What the hell happened to us.
Great question….
One of my favorite topics. Please click on the link above.
Twitter censors Pfizer injured Israeli COVID Vaccine Director.
Amazing that Twitter believes it knows more about COVID and medical treatments than the Director of a country that responded to COVID with a very high vaccination rate. I wish these fact checkers who decide to censor people would show their identities as well as their credentials for determining what is fact vs opinion.

Well, this was a long one.
I hope it made you think.
Eric Blair truly saw the writing on the wall!
Onions...my family loves them and the season is right now for the best ones. So I am going to share our favorite recipe that you can use and put on or (in) anything.
One cup sour cream or humus, 2 cups of chopped onions (small quarters), 1 tbsp. parm cheese, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1c. shredded swiss cheese, 1 tbsp. fresh garlic. Mix everything together. Place in butter greased 1 quart glass dish. Bake uncovered 325 degrees 40 min. Makes 2 cups
This is interesting too.
