I have a question. If you absolutely have to have something in your coffee to sweeten it what would you choose? I have to have my morning coffee but(and I’ve tried) I can’t do it black.
I’ll add injuries and not enough fat. I know too much fat is on the list, but I believe not enough good fat can also slow you down. I’m in a stall right now so I’m open to any new ideas anyone throws out there.

Do you crave the coffee or whatever sweetens the coffee?

I have to remind myself that veggies are carbs! I haven’t been eating too much fruit. Blueberries, raspberries and an occasional pink grapefruit.
So much great stuff here! There are at least 3 things I need to stop doing.
