But often people ask what can cause weight plateaus or stalls in weight loss.

I have a question. If you absolutely have to have something in your coffee to sweeten it what would you choose? I have to have my morning coffee but(and I’ve tried) I can’t do it black.
I have to remind myself that veggies are carbs! I haven’t been eating too much fruit. Blueberries, raspberries and an occasional pink grapefruit.
