Have made my own mayo (definitely way creamier) as well as my own Caesar dressing. One of the things I like when you make something from scratch is understanding what makes it taste a certain way, which helps when you need to "doctor" something up, as my Mom calls it, when you're in a rush.

Homemade mayo is the best. There are also coconut oil options on Thrive Market.

I used to make my own mayo. It was creamy - that I know! Since we now have Mr. Kensington’s mayo, I don’t make it and it is delicious.

Loved your tuna/ provolone wrap! And yes, I always make my own mayo. I make two types, one like yours and one with crushed garlic depending on what I am using it for.

I use to make my own ketchup. Hard to get creamy...so I found a company that makes it without coloring, preservatives and NO HFCS... Canadian French's.

I used to make it until Mr. Kensington’s - just as tasty and creamy though expensive!

I also want to share with everyone and account where there are many carnivore recipes. Few ingredients so very simple. She makes a homemade mayonnaise with whole eggs. I find her incredibly annoying.....it's a personality thing....but she makes the lifestyle easier.

Is is okay to eat something, such as your mayo that has “raw” in it?

(Does commercial mayo have “raw” egg in it, or not raw, but a lot of other junk in it? Thank
