Have made my own mayo (definitely way creamier) as well as my own Caesar dressing. One of the things I like when you make something from scratch is understanding what makes it taste a certain way, which helps when you need to "doctor" something up, as my Mom calls it, when you're in a rush.

Homemade mayo is the best. There are also coconut oil options on Thrive Market.
