People have been talking about more kids showing signs of autism recently. I'm all for supporting neurodiversity but the powers that be are intentionally holding back children's development at this point, that much has been known since early 2020 and they kept on doing harm anyway...

Easiest way to verify is to pull up the site in archive.org and compare what it was pre-dystopia to what it is currently.
Looks like the CDC's 30 months page didn't exist back then, and their 24 months page from 2019 didn't specify vocabulary count.
But other subject matter experts were definitely putting 50 words at the 24 month mark:
