True Foods Kitchen is the only big name restaurant that I know of that I trust to serve quality and healthful foods. They stopped using seed oils around a year ago. They have locations nationwide.

Where I live there are several small mom and pop restaurants serving good and healthful foods. I prefer to dine at home though as we raise our own beef, pork and chicken so I know exactly what I'm eating. There is great comfort in raising/growing your own food.

Doctor, I've noticed a curious trend on your plates over the past couple of years—first it was no starches, then a rogue roasted potato or two, and now full-blown mashed potato side dishes! At this rate, should we be bracing ourselves for French fries in the not-so-distant future? What's up with the potato evolution?

So glad you are reading Common Sense Health and Wellness as well as looking at all the pretty pics.

Recently I have added back some potatoes and I am working on a post explaining why soon.
