All of your posts always make me think. Then I try to figure out how to apply them to myself or if I even need to. I particularly like the continuous improvement meme. Thinking about it that way take some of the pressure off. Also, the stop doing list Makes a lot of sense. And yes, I get the pencil meme. How many of you have ever stuck a book of matches underneath an eight track tape to make it play right ?
Wait, do you ask yourself this about EVERY patient: “What is going on inside their own brain…?” If so, what an interesting place that must be when asking that about some people 🙋🏻♀️😂 …. The parts that made me think are the sometimes people need a “stop doing list” and the part about improvement over perfection.
More laughter, yes! My mind is also always on burn; I can works and drive for hours no radio noise required, or I'm thinking past the music. Luckily , I'm able to turn off and r e l a x, almost at any time. Sadly I identify with the pot belly fellow, on the bench, but I'm a fairly active husky.
