It would be nice if I could ever turn my brain off. Then again, perhaps that is why I like doing what I do, always trying to learn more and do better.
Perspective though is important.
I have to figure out where my IMW members are coming from. What do they need to get healthier?
I need to get a fuller picture and often that fuller picture is really “What is going on inside their own brain, and how can I help them find an even healthier future.”

Many of my IMW members are in mid-life or just past. They come to the IMW because they have made a choice.

R & R can be helpful in restoring your health. So maybe we should rename it R&R&R?
One of the things that holds people back is the thought they have to be perfect, which can get very stressful.
Improvement is the true goal.
It’s not always what you need to do to improve your health. Sometimes it’s just ……
Something else to think about. I’ve probably said this before as have others but it is worth stating again.
