Serious about the challenge without the weight loss. Ate three meals within the hours of 9 and 5 with the bigger meal in the middle. Any other hints for keeping weight on while enjoying the rest of the health benefits?

I started reading this book several months ago, great info, then got sidetracked. I need to go back and finish it. Have seem many of his YouTube videos. He's very informative.
