Grapes! I am addicted to grapes. And poor sleep. And I’m pretty sure I have hormone imbalances, but I think I will get that confirmation soon.

I’ve craved a little sweet, something new for me. So far, I’ll have 1 cookie ( homemade) with milk, coffee or tea. Also, I like some carbs mostly at night.

I’m still particular about the ingredients, simply enjoy food variety.

I’ve been back and forth for months myself-and man can I feel it! I blame stress but that’s a bit of an excuse on my part! I have been 100% back on track on my carnivore journey and for me, dairy makes my weight stall! So I listen to my body and only have it here and there. I think for many Americans, a big piece is listening to the cues our bodies are giving us-but we are so busy that we don’t listen!

I’m insulin sensitive but wheat and any kind of white flour along with sugar and seed oils really inflame me. I’ve eliminated all of the above as of January 1st. I’ve lost 2 lbs but what’s most interesting is my clothes are fitting better, no more bloating and I look leaner across my middle.
