this would be great. i'm new to carnivore and i'm struggling giving up cheese and dairy. i've lost 15 lbs so far which im so happy about. my knee and hip pain some days is completely gone. I'd love to see how you live it out & incorporate it to save time.

We have planned to put the summer occasional gluttony behind us w a return to carnivore after the Labor Day holiday so it will be nice to have support! Looking forward to feeling good again.

I too need a reset. I have been stuck at 160 # for the last 3 months. My itchy skin and scalp are creeping back too. I need to give up my stevia and erythritol sweetened coffee with heavy cream. I don't know if it's the sweetener, which I've been using in everything, the Crystal Light packets which have other artificial sweeteners, or too much dairy in the way of heavy cream and provolone cheese. I've also been eating salami with the provolone. I go back to work on September 5th and will give up coffee to get rid of the sweeteners, and will need ot find a substitute for coffee that will not raise my sugar or create a poor quality food.

I’m up a few pounds so I decided I’m doing a 72 hour fast to finish out this week. I got my beef share recently (408lbs) so it’s going to be alot of steak for me the next couple months

I’m in! Feel like I rediscovered fruit over the last two months, especially berries, and so like a bear I’ve added some weight. Would be happy to get back to my pre-summer weight and find the energy I’ve lost.

I’m in. I have been in need of a reset, consistent intermittent fasting, and more protein. I certainly feel better when I’m in a healthy zone.

Forget changing your diet. Just do a couple hundred sit-ups every other morning!
