Do I have your attention?
I have had a very nice and enjoyable Summer. Unfortunately it is winding down as Labor Day weekend approaches.
What do I enjoy about the Summer?
The warmth.
The Sun.
Spending days at the beach just chillaxing.
Outdoor food and festivities.
Fresh fruits
Yes I know that I am a proponent of Low Carb-Keto-Carnivore lifestyles.
But I am also human.
I have also been lucky so far NOT to have food intolerances to fruit. I am not lucky in I do not tolerate gluten.
But what this means is that I do partake in too much Summer fruit and with it, the weight gain that comes with it. I am actually about my pre-Carnivore weight, or about 10 lbs heavier than a year ago. Strangely but perhaps nicely, the weight has not gone to my waist as my belt size remains mostly the same and still 3-4 inches smaller than pre-Carnivore, even at the same weight.
Regardless, I don’t like it.
I want it off.
Sooooo…..
I need your help.
I need an 2024 End of the Summer IMW Challenge.
For me, my challenge will be to return to Carnivore for at least a few weeks if not longer. I know Carnivore diet is a trap as I will most likely feel so good that I won’t want to add back anything else, but I will see what happens.
My anticipated start date for this Challenge is the Wednesday after Labor Day, or September 4th, 2024.
So I’d like to know,
Who else is up for this Challenge?
Will you help me and you improve our health by participating in the Challenge?

this would be great. i'm new to carnivore and i'm struggling giving up cheese and dairy. i've lost 15 lbs so far which im so happy about. my knee and hip pain some days is completely gone. I'd love to see how you live it out & incorporate it to save time.
