I go by the IMW Plate method.

Minimum of 3/4 plate is the protein/fat source.

Up to but no more than 1/4 can be carb/plant source that is non processed.

Works well for me but everyone should figure out their percentages that works for them.

Same! I also learned that my medical education was riddled with conflicts of interest. They tried to brainwash us! They succeeded in this effort, and our organizations & Boards continue to do pharma’s bidding. How clever of them to force doctors into employment, where they are handcuffed and unable to advocate for patients. All part of the plan.
