That's so ridiculously wrong on the part of the hospital and we need judges who uses common sense health wellness thinking. Its the same-thing as someone who doesn't want to get the vaccination from the get go of this vaccination nightmare but now, they got the virus, including both parents and both parents died four days after and she is fighting for her life as we speak. Her sister is now an advocate of telling everyone to get the vaccine. I remember very clearly when my grandmother always says to my mother that " Common Sense", is not common because not everyone has it therefore, the World suffer from those who don't have it in them, and are in power to make decision for the rest of us. Lets pray!!!
When the time comes, please get ME that court order ! Patient outcome- comes last, the bottom line is first always; both privately run and especially public run facilities. S.O.S. and prey ?

I can’t believe what I just read. Is the world that sick to let a person die over protocols?($$$). I’m losing faith in the people that I’ve been taught to trust.
Hospitals must comply with CDC COVID guidelines. If they don’t follow CDC protocol they lose tort protection.
