Here comes the judge
We need more judges like this to ask common sense health and wellness questions
The above is a must read.
I’ll summarize but please read the above so you get a fuller context.
A man with COVID was in a hospital and his illness progressed to where he was put on a ventilator to help him breathe. The prognosis was getting worse day by day.
The family consulted a physician who had previously used a medication that had helped others in a similar situation. The medication has been used safely for a few decades and was awarded a Nobel Prize in 2015. But for some reason the hospital refused to allow the physician to use the medication, supposedly stating it was against their protocol/policies and the medication had too many side effects.
The medication rhymes with “Diver-pectin”
The judge decided to ask some simple straightforward questions, the biggest of which was:
“What’s the downside?”
Now get this.
Here was the hospitals response. My thoughts are in ((( — )))
There could be side effects. ((( Any side effect worse than dying on a ventilator??)))
Ordering Diver-pectin would violate its policies. (((Hospital policies that withhold potentially life saving treatments- Why?? )))
Forcing the issue would be “extraordinary” judicial overreach. ((( Is it judicial overreach to give a dying man a chance to live ?? )))
The judge overruled the hospital and the man received the medication and within a day got off the ventilator and continued to improve. So hopefully a happy ending.
But are you ready for this?
The hospital planned to appeal the case to a higher court.
I guess the hospital would rather follow their bureaucratic policies and protocols than save a life???
Reading the above case makes me ask:
What the heck is going on in healthcare and hospitals these days?
When I ask this I am NOT complaining about all the healthcare professionals working long hours every day. I give them a ton of respect. I truly believe they want to do a great job. But most of these healthcare professionals are handcuffed to hospital policies. If they veer, they get scolded, suspended or even fired.
I want to know who is in charge of making all the hospital policies and protocols that are hampering the care of patients?
Are these rules made by practicing healthcare professionals working in the trenches, treating and caring for patients on a daily basis?
Or
Are these rules written and or influenced by administrators, bureaucrats and other third parties in government and industry?
These are questions that need to be asked and answered.
We should never need a court order to try and save someone’s life when the current treatment protocols are failing.
We all need to decide if we want healthcare professionals deciding upon our medical treatment
or
unknown third parties who most likely have interests in mind other than our health and well being.
Here comes the judge
Hospitals must comply with CDC COVID guidelines. If they don’t follow CDC protocol they lose tort protection.

That's so ridiculously wrong on the part of the hospital and we need judges who uses common sense health wellness thinking. Its the same-thing as someone who doesn't want to get the vaccination from the get go of this vaccination nightmare but now, they got the virus, including both parents and both parents died four days after and she is fighting for her life as we speak. Her sister is now an advocate of telling everyone to get the vaccine. I remember very clearly when my grandmother always says to my mother that " Common Sense", is not common because not everyone has it therefore, the World suffer from those who don't have it in them, and are in power to make decision for the rest of us. Lets pray!!!
