Just recently had my teens watch this movie. Quote is "Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads". Any guesses?

As far as low carb, I don't think you need it if you do OMAD! Works for me so far!

“You had me at hello.”

Which reminds me I was suspicious at, “15 days to slow the spread” which continued through, “I am the science.”

Not IF so well but also didn’t lose my keto mojo so was not in need of a “reset.” Had great intentions but didn’t really think about the surgery recovery time being as difficult as it’s been. Maintaining a good and even weight though. I’m cool with where I am now 😎

As far as a quote, the first one that came to mind was “a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down” which, for this forum… 😆😆

Here's a shorter one: "I always believed that the mind is the best weapon."

My favorite 1949 movie

"Man cannot survive except through his mind. He comes on earth unarmed. His brain is his only weapon. But the mind is an attribute of the individual, there is no such thing as a collective brain. The man who thinks must think and act on his own. The reasoning mind cannot work under any form of compulsion. It cannot not be subordinated to the needs, opinions, or wishes of others. It is not an object of sacrifice. "

Agree on those two hacks. I think it’s a good straight forward start for many. That being said, it leaves room for some more nuance in future CSH instalments(Maybe May or June? It’s the start of the growing season in this area! 🍓 🫐). For the sake of simplicity, a carbohydrate is a carbohydrate as far as macronutrients go, but obviously they are not all the same. For those that are not attempting to go Keto, there will be some carbs, even in a low carb diet. For that reason, being able to discern between the spectrum of carb choices is vital for the journey to improved health. Although it’s true that an excess of certain carbs is definitely a major contributor to metabolic dysfunction, that doesn’t make all carbohydrates bad. I think most understand this intuitively, but a more detailed breakdown might be helpful for them to make better choices.

Sappy but recognizable, “Love means never having to say your sorry”.

All going well three low carb meals at 16/8. Sleeping better is the biggest bonus.
