So how do we get more Spms if we don’t like fish? I really wish I liked fish, but all I can handle is tuna. Btw, happy new year everyone!

Loved the pic of the beefish! Smelts are my families favorite this time of year, low in mercury.

Family tradition for the New Year on my husband's side.

Happy New year to all and thanks for sharing!

Eating more fish is a good goal for me. The fish list is very helpful.

Love fish all kinds. I have also incorporated sardines. Easy and works well served like tuna fish. (W paleo mayo) there are 2 great brands at Costco with no additives at all. Btw - where is everyone sourcing their seafood and meat (grain and antibiotic free) for that matter without breaking the bank?
