Sleep is foundational to so many other aspects.(metabolism, inflammation, digestion, hormone regulation, etc.)

Is Detosx a real thing? It always seemed like a 1970s good vibes thing. Soaking your feet in a bath of some cocktail and watching the water turn back as it sucked toxins out of your body. Lol
