I was just reading an article about einkorn. It’s an easily digestible grain that’s never been hybridized and is rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and protein. It is recommended for those who avoid gluten. I will research it more but was wondering if anyone from our group has used it?

It wasn’t until my hubby had to go gluten-free that I learned licorice actually has wheat as a main ingredient. I also learned that many shampoos have wheat as an ingredient. I often say we don’t know about illnesses etc until we need to learn. I love to learn and am thankful for good and truthful information.

The list would be enormous but I would begin with all “plant based”, fake meat and dairy products that are all the rage. On some level most people recognize candy as unhealthy while many believe the above fake, fat free options are actually healthy.
