Time to step it up

Since the zoom meeting, I've been eating one meal a day. On Fridays, I skip the one meal. Other than the one meal, I drink 12 oz. of coffee in the morning and tea during the day.
I’m good with a 16-18 hour fast. Occasionally I do closer to a 24 hour but I think that’s all I’m ready for now.
We’re ready to go beyond 24 hr fast. We do 14-18 usually and 1 or 2 24 hours a week.
I’m ready to push it. I’ve been doing 16-18 hours for years and mixed in a few 24 hour fasts (dinner to dinner) to get ready.
Ok, I'm in for a 24 hour fast this week. Been doing 16-18 hours steadily.
