Happy “lose an hour of sleep tonight” day. Don’t forget to move your clock forward one hour tonight.
So a few weeks ago we had an initial Fasting Zoom call to discuss the many benefits of Fasting.
The goal was to start Intermittent Fasting initially and then push it further in the future.
Well, it is now the future.
So here is your challenge.
It’s simple.
Push your Fast a bit longer over the next few weeks.
If you haven’t yet fasted, it’s time to start with Intermittent Fasting of 16-18 hours.
If you have already been fasting 16-18 hours, then it is time to push the fast to 24 hours at least once a week, with the other days continuing your intermittent fasting.
If you already completed some 24 hour fasts, then time to push it further, up to 48 hours.
Our final goal sometime in the future will be to complete a 48-72 hour fast. But not until we/you are ready. I hope to have another Fasting Zoom to discuss preparations for the longer fast.

We’re ready to go beyond 24 hr fast. We do 14-18 usually and 1 or 2 24 hours a week.
I’m ready to push it. I’ve been doing 16-18 hours for years and mixed in a few 24 hour fasts (dinner to dinner) to get ready.
