I have plateaued and am sure it's from sugar free drinks and adding zero calorie sugar substitute to my tea and coffee. I've also been eating too much cheese and cream in my coffee. Do artificial sweetners raise blood sugar? Is there a simple way I can test my sugar at home?
I agree with most of those. I would love for you to address either here or in the chat, what your thoughts are on “too much protein”. There is soooo much conflicting info on this!

It’s not the sugar. It’s more likely the altered/exaggerated insulin response.
Sweet tasting foods, excess dairy in some people can keep insulin elevated as well.
Measuring glucose levels will doubtfully tell u anything that would change your habits.

I also agree with most. What is the right amount of fat if you need to lose weight?
There is no right amount of fat. For most people they need to lower their insulin levels which means lower the carbs.
For fat, just avoid all processed fats and seed oils.
Got it. Thanks!!!

Seed oils are terribly bad for your eyes.
