I like chicken thighs. I'm OMAD. Four chicken thighs, 20 min in lime juice. Dry. Salt and paprika. 2.5hrs in the oven on 290. 20 min at 350. Tabasco for the finish.

I’m a big fan of just ground beef with salt! I’ve also been adding Pluck seasoning. It’s made from grass fed beef organs and it’s really good!

I like burgers. And eggs are super quick. And chicken bone broth from yourfamilyfarmer.com. It’s the best I’ve had so far. It comes frozen in 16 ounce mason jars and is super comforting, delicious, and nourishing. I buy it in cases of 12 but you can buy it by the jar, as well.

Chicken drumsticks were on sale for $0.69 a pound. Rub them with a dry rub and grill. Delicious! And cheap!

We eat a lot of ground beef and eggs. That leaves budget for porterhouse and ribeye.

We will also eat pork chops on occasion. Right now they are more budget friendly.

Pork is another option for variety. Pork tenderloin, chop, or steaks can be made in many ways from a simple pan to grill or smoker.

A few comments Doc...

Packaging on the Rib Eye says "Vegetarian Fed" and also says "All Natural" (which is a Barnum statement and really has no meaning)!

I suggest you look to someone like The Family Farmer (they do UPS to all States and also deliver to PA and surrounding areas). They are a wonderful family and do things right!!

Oh wait one more thing I wanted to add. Their website (TenderBison) does say "Open-range raised" but then it's vegetarian fed which could mean it's grain finished. And it does say no hormones or antibiotics but it doesn't say no GMO grain. Just a thought.
