So I was at Whole Paycheck today looking for some Carnivore food.
Often when I go into Whole Paycheck it can take 30 minutes or more to get thru the market and then another 10 minutes to check out.
Today it was simple.
I went to the fresh fish section.
I went to the meat section.
I then went to check out.
In and Out in 15 minutes.
Here was my mini haul for today only.
The bison ribeye was for lunch.
It was so very yummy!
The shrimp will be for my family for dinner tonight. Garlic Shrimp cooked mostly in ghee. I have lamb chops ready to go for me.
In case you are wondering bout the cost.
The rib eye was about $20.
The shrimp was $12.60.
So $32.60 for 3 meals, not including the ghee or butter which is minimal.
Most fast food chains cost at least that much.
So Carnivore does not have to be expensive. The shopping is definitely easier and a time saver.
I can do Carnivore even cheaper and eat ground beef and eggs. That would probably cut the above cost at least in half.
Or I could roast a whole chicken, Organic. One whole chicken would be 2-3 meals for me, dependent upon my hunger. An organic chicken is $15-. Not bad for a day of food.
A dozen eggs even at $5-6 would be 3 meals for me and I luv eggs.
Sometimes I have a craving for eggs when I eat chicken. Sometimes when I have eggs I get a craving for chicken. I still can’t figure out which came first though…..
What are your favorite go to Carnivore meals?
What is your least expensive vs splurge for Carnivore?

I like chicken thighs. I'm OMAD. Four chicken thighs, 20 min in lime juice. Dry. Salt and paprika. 2.5hrs in the oven on 290. 20 min at 350. Tabasco for the finish.
I’m a big fan of just ground beef with salt! I’ve also been adding Pluck seasoning. It’s made from grass fed beef organs and it’s really good!
