How about low carb, high protein grilling ideas. Gotta throw in some exercise too.

I found too many challenges at once to be unsuccessful. Maybe picking three challenges and doing one a month over the course of the summer would work nicely. I like "Sun Before Screens" for an exercise challenge. Meditation great for the mind. All great ideas! Thank you Dr. H for asking for input to meet the needs of your patients.

For me the diet is the easier part. Maybe this is due to my having food allergies so many poor dietary choices such as bread and pasta are off limits to me anyway as their gluten free versions usually taste awful and the typical varieties make me very ill. That's a decent motivator to exclude them!

I woud love a lifestyle challenge though. And not just typical gym exercise stuff but maybe include stuff like sleep hygene and things like "Sun Before Screens" where we are challanged to ditch our phones in the AM and go for a walk first thing, etc. Just a thought.

Keto/Carnivore review - I'm in need of a reset. Would also be interested in doing a 5K as a group to kickstart a cardio/exercise challenge.

“ Now that life is beginning to return to normal…”

Did I miss something? Did something change recently? Is life any more or less normal than it was six months ago, or even a year ago? For better or worse, it seems the exact same to me anyways.

The only change I’ve noticed, is the beginnings of some sort of collective amnesia, where the entire society is just going to pretend that the last three years of unrelenting stupidity didn’t happen. Mass delusion doesn’t sound very “normal” to me…..

Sleep, high protein, low carb diet, and exercise. I like the idea of recording to stay on track.

When someone first got me started eating a Paleo diet we would do 30 day challenges - It included recording exercise each day, drinking a significant amount of water, as well as tracking what we ate staying within the high protein, low/no carb, no sugar or fake food diet.
