A few years back I ran a few health, diet and nutrition challenges. They seemed to go well.
Now that life is beginning to return to normal, I’m thinking about bringing back a challenge to Common Sense Health and Wellness.
My thought is that since we are back in warm weather, and the backyard cookouts have returned, I would do some type of diet/nutrition challenge.
But I am asking for help here.
