Avoiding processed “food” is a great “Two birds with one stone” situation. Not only is it good to avoid these products because they are completely devoid of any nutritional value, but almost every single one of them also contain high levels of these inflammatory seed oils. Processed products to avoid at the supermarkets include chips, cookies, sliced bread, cold cereals, cakes, pies, candy bars, salad dressings, creamers, icing….

Most of these processed products are also high in sugar, so let’s call it Three Birds with One Stone!!!

Coconut, olive and avocado oils are fruit oils, not seed oils and are good. Avoid margarine at all costs and use butter. Grassfed butter is even better. Beef/sheep tallow is excellent for frying. Again, tallow from grassfed is even better.

If your great grandparents used the oil, so can you. If not then avoid.

OK, thanks. What about : peanut oil; coconut oil;olive oil? I can go back to butter? Margarine used sparingly is no good? Oh, boy! I’m in trouble.

Can I have an e-mail subscription? I do NOT use “social media” I.e. Fakebook, etc.
