While I rarely have trouble finding something to write about to help you on your journey to a more optimal health, I do like to know what you would like to read about.
Now I can’t always promise I will be able to write what you want, as I need to feel I have enough knowledge and experience to put it into words, but perhaps your suggestions give me more fuel to research further to add to what I already do.
As I like to say, I am always learning and I learn as much from all of you as I hope you learn from me.
So once again:
What would you like to see discussed on Common Sense Health and Wellness in 2023?
Common Sense Health and Wellness is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
Insulin resistance and how it relates to inflammation, KD or cardiac issues. Is this metabolic syndrome when these systems are impaired to some degree?
Does emotional stress really affect the physical body and if so how?
All the diet/lifestyle info is very interesting to me. I would like to hear about different ideas for meals. I enjoy the pics of your meals. Maybe some simple recipes. And how about snacks. What are some good low carb high protein go to snacks? I just placed another order from Simply Snacking. I need a variety to mix it up.
A variety of requests: functional medicine recommendations for lowering blood pressure and maintaining good bone health, supplementation recommendations to accompany healthy dietary choices for general health, sharing more details about your conferences.
Reminders for best dietary health practices, how to listen to our bodies so that we know when it's time to text you (i.e. what should middle -aged people be looking out for?), keeping us up to date on treatment protocols for any "new" viruses that might come down the pike.
With the organic beef prices going through the roof. Wild caught Seafood, lamb and poultry/products, also. What will or would happen to the diet/lifestyle stuff that we are trying to get accustom to, how will that change if things go awry?
Personally, I haven’t seen much change in beef/lamb and wild seafood prices in the last 12 months. I don’t get organic unless it is on sale, and look for grassfed instead. The organic label only requires that the feed(grain) is organic, and that it is processed in an “organic” facility.
Always love the diet/lifestyle stuff as that's the most powerful change agent Ive seen. Would love to get your thoughts on CGM usage as well as infrared saunas, if you've come across interesting info.

Just wanted to hear your opinion on Ka’Chava. It seems so healthy and actually is very good tasting. Is it as good as the makers say it is?
