I’m in the lifelong process of navigating the food world. With Dr. H’s help I’m figuring out what works for me slowly. I’m not perfect and I don’t really want to be but I’m doing much better than I ever did. I’m also grateful to have a Dr. that supports and reinforces what I have been learning about our world with Covid. It can get a little lonely out there with the masses and even in my own family. The support I have received through IMW has bolstered

my morale and helped me navigate this world. I wish everyone a Happy, Healthy, and Peaceful New Year!

Bread & Circus has to be the most excess carb there is with chronic consumption leading to maximum brain inflammation/atrophy.

And really, with all the covidery and advertising being jammed in there, ya just know the games in all likelihood are just as rigged as the gooberment s'elections. Govt creates problems, then the media creates a heavily regulated corporate-sponsored and media-run bubble/honeypot for people to believe they're actually escaping into, then they control everything that goes on in the escapism bubble making sure to inject nationalist and military industrial complex and "public health" propaganda at the right intervals and ultimately ensure all the serfs stay busy in there eating their feelings while they talk and argue about all the happenings inside of the bubble, then by the time they're forced to come back to reality and notice how the original problems they were escaping from have gotten far worse, the only solution their numbed and shrunken brains can come up with is, "ya gotta voot!"

Agree on all your points. None of it new, or necessarily specific to this or any other year. I don’t believe that there has been a dumbing down of the masses(Ok, maybe a bit!), as much as there has been a foundational softening. A practicality and common sense of previous generations that lived in more difficult times, has been replaced with a more amorphous mindset of a people who only know much more forgiving modern times.

2022 has reminded us that we have arrived at the “New Normal”, and that we will never go back. It has taught us that there is no “Great Awakening” coming, at least not in our lifetimes. The sleeping masses will remain asleep, because they enjoy their slumber just fine.

So the question for 2023 and beyond is, where to we go from here? How do we take the next step in our interaction with a dying society? The universe doesn’t seem to be done with us just yet!!!

Being an ardent sports fan, is a big put-off for me. I'm always rooting for the Iggles to Win, only because it would make you and so many others, for the moment, .... happy. I hope this finds you well and in good spirits. Some people do need to be told what to do and what to eat, even though it goes against your true nature. Waaaaa! I'm glad you've shared what you know or was mostly reinforced. Mostly appreciated !

Thanks for educating me and encouraging me to step out of the mainstream healthcare box. I’ve realized that chronic conditions ie metabolic syndrome affecting other conditions are better managed or even mitigated through good immunity / gut health / physical activity etc.

Wishing you continued good health and productivity. Love your humor and non- judgmental way you share info!

I learned that who you entrust with your health care is paramount to recovery. I’ve had CoVid twice with minimal discomfort without getting MRNA vaccinations or boosters. Dr. Horvitz suggested protocols that worked without using pharmaceuticals that have an unending list of side effects. I learned I will not go back to conventional medicine for non-emergency health care. I look forward to learning more ways to improving my metabolic and immunological health in 2023.
