So, let me be the first to ask: What are your favorite Alternative Hypotheses that can explain HOW arterial lumen compromise occurs due to plaque formations? I think that elevated cholesterol per se is an epiphenomenon until proven otherwise. P.S. -- thanks for the Heads Up about this new drug that will cost ~ 500 bucks per month per patient and give what has to be an odd assortment of "outcomes" going forward (buzzword alert).
