Aside from not eating obvious poison, there is no eating plan that fits everyone. Nor is there an eating plan that fits at different stages of life. That being said, what works for me that keeps my BMI at around 23, keeps my energy up and my head clear is to be as close to 90% unprocessed as possible. Unprocessed is NOT being a raw foodist. For me cooking is fine. But if it has a label then it is processed. For me this is incredibly easy to maintain along with a 12/12 intermittent fasting schedule. Thanks for the thoughtful posts.

Hi

Doing the eight-hour eating window. Going well. Usually same time each day but staying with my daughter, so had to switch hours. Some days longer depending on the day. Haven’t done a 24-hour yet, but will try one one day.
