I’m not a worrier so that one doesn’t resonate with me at all. And I NEVER take my phone into the loo!! Ick!
The others though are pretty spot on. American healthcare is a joke. It’s not about making you healthy. It’s about masking your problems with pills, injections and salves to fatten their bottom line. I avoid allopaths at all costs.
I’m 67, take zero meds, and have no chronic health issues. My method of health? Live simply. Exercise moderately every day. Cook from scratch. Shop the perimeter and raise as much of your own food as you can.
Medicine is never really curative. To think that you take a few pills and are cured means that you have no clue about medicine. People are usually unhealthy due to chronic bad habits that they clearly are not willing to change in most cases. Don’t confuse where medicine comes into that continuum.

They are all true. I do not own a cell phone so the water closet post is void for me.
My husband goes out of his way to hug me multiple times a day, on good and bad days.
That always gives me a positive charge.

I cuddle with my cat. I love him and he often becomes my living pillow. Now off to the wild woods.
