Many people likes to blame someone else for their health issues. But this is partially due to misguided or biased advice from the powers that be in healthcare and nutrition. This is why we all need an open debate and discussion. No one intervention is correct for everyone.
Here are 2 mistakes I often see in nutrition and health.
1. Blaming meat for what ultra-processed foods did.
2. Blaming cholesterol for what insulin resistance did.
If we get past the blame game, and get past the mis-directions of Big Corporate food and their deceptive advertising, the world would be a healthier place.
If you think I am wrong, let me know in the comments.
If you agree, enjoy those steak and egg meals as well as added improved health and vitality.

I have always eaten all the meat I wanted, all the eggs I wanted and all the butter I wanted. Never believed any of that dietary crap. No margarine! I am now almost 75 and no MI. No strokes, high cholesterol and no statins. So we'll see.

If I would add #3, it would be dumping all “carbs” as bad. An apple and Oreo’s are not the same!
