Just goes to show that you can do everything you think is right.
You can observe what works and doesn't work.
You can study and read all about it.
You can prepare for all options.
You can discuss with your peers how to handle many different types of issues especially how they change and you must change with them.
The majority of people I know have already been through it.
Most everyone in my practice has been through it already.
If they haven’t then they are hiding something.
But I am open and transparent.
Alas I succumbed.
It got me.
What was it??
After two years of 99.99% home cooking, I had to throw in the trash a 16 oz grass fed ribeye steak that I somehow overcooked.
It was really a bummer especially to a Carnivore.

you have to eat it as punishment, ensuring it won't happen again
An honest Mis-steak. Well done ! Fast Thinking?
I generally eat these raw or very rare, but even I would have eaten that before throwing it out.
U could have sent it to Deb or me!!!!!
You should have called me. I LOVE slightly over cooked rib eye! And if someone else overcooks it - even better!
