Good video to impress on the undesirable effects of these oils. A bit too technical for non- medical people, but it gets the point across regarding the harm these oils can do. Thanks.

Almost all oils have some polyunsaturated fat. true? I generally use olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, butter and other saturated fats: coconut, lard ,tallow. I'm assuming that omega 6 fish oils are considered okay. I dot use any seed oils.
