I'm in, and coincidentally I have to fast for blood work tomorrow anyway, so I'm in with both feet. I prefer eTRF so this will give me a chance (or reason, or motivation, I suppose... every day is a "chance") to play with exactly how early/late my body likes to stop.

As you know I have been on Paleo for several years and do intermittent fasting 5 days a week. Since I have been sick the last few months and lost 25 lbs I went off Paleo and ate as much carbs as possible to put wey back on. My gut has not appreciated this. This morning I went back to fasting and the Paleo way of life. I feel so much better.
