Renee sent this to me yesterday and it looks oh so good.
Fresh caught swordfish steak pan fried on first side in olive oil then flipped and put in 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Finally topped with butter, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and mushrooms which were prepared in a sauce pan.
Looks like Renee uses a #LodgeCastIron pan.
Am I correct Renee??

How does everyone like their steaks?
I like my steaks between Medium-Rare and Medium - about 2.5 on the above scale.
My dinner yesterday. Steelhead trout Italiano - I only ate 1 piece and saved the other for lunch today. The soup was a Smoked mussel soup in a Organic Chicken Bone broth with spicy diced tomatoes with a small bit of cut up beef roast added as well.

Soooo, yes, I have been focusing a bit this first week of the #IMWChallenge on dinner food. Reasoning is to show how eating a Low Carb lifestyle can be absolutely delicious with plenty to choose from. Yes we may get our favorites and have them often, but I have heard somewhere that most people eat the same 10-12 foods as 80-90% of their dietary intake. Yet if it is not Low Carb no one seems to care. But if you eat the same 10-12 foods as 80-90% of your dietary intake as Low Carb, the world has a conniption.
I finally got to use the word “conniption” in a post.

So in the spirit of fun with low carb food, let’s try something.
Below is the food delivery from Misfits organic food delivery service I received yesterday. Take a look at the the food closely. Now reply back at some point before Sunday with a tasty #LowCarb meal you can make from those ingredients. You can add some other ingredients not shown but try and make the meal mostly from what is shown in the pic. Let’s see how many different #LowCarb meals we can come up with.

Good Evening I struggle with lunches at work. Does anyone have any easy lunch ideas?
Yes, that is a Lodge cast iron pan. I love it!
I like my steak at about 1.5 or 2 at the most.
My misfit order looks almost identical to yours.
I am thinking of making noodles out of the yellow squash, then sauteeing strips of chicken with garlic and some pepper. Add mushrooms too? Create a curried cream sauce to top it off using bone broth and either coconut milk or heavy cream.
