Last nights dinner may not fit perfectly with the paleo concept but I believe It is still pretty low carb. Beef “stew” made with 2 pounds grass fed beef cubes, garlic, onion, one carrot, one parsnip, one turnip, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and 4 cups beef bone broth slow cooked on the stove top. 2 or 3 meals for 2 people.
Ditto to the scallop recipe.

Steak and eggs is always one of my favorites. Last night I had bacon and eggs. About 4 ozs. of bacon and 3 eggs with some peppers and onions mixed in.
