What great comments.

It looks like the most common supplement happens to be VitD, best used with k2.

If u get adequate sunshine you may not need VitD supplement. But u can best tell that with a blood test.

If u eat plenty of meat and cheese, you probably get enough K2 as well. No great blood test for that yet.

Magnesium is probably next as it is involved in so many different health mechanisms in the body. It also works well with VitD and K.

If you have gut or autoimmune issues, Colostrum is a good one. There are a few brands I recommend. One is available at my office that was formulated for professionals to have more of the active ingredients than general formulations. I actually have samples of this one.

The other is available online and I have a discount code I can provide if anyone is interested.

Also if anyone buys a lot of supplements, all paid subscribers to Common Sense Health and Wellness can get a 25% discount off all supplements thru our Fullscript online account. Paid subscriptions are only $5/m, so if you buy on average over $20/month of supplements you save more money than the subscription.

Not a sales pitch.

Just an offer to do the math and see if you can save some $$

Similar to other comments, I take D3+K2, Mag, Omega 3, Ubiquinol, Hawthorn, Aged Garlic, Liposomal C -- I think I've benefited most from the Hawthorn (overall heart health/BP) and the C (shortens any feeling of illness coming on); if I had to pick what I thought was most effective though, it would have to be Apple Cider Vinegar. That's something that when feeling any kind of gastro issue or reflux, seems to miraculously help and quickly too.
