Makes you wonder how many degenerative/autoimmune illnesses are the result of excess and prolonged inflammation. Something like MS has such a narrow distribution(predominantly white North American women in higher latitudes) that it draws lifestyle into focus. You will find similar narrow distributions with something like thyroid disjunction.

Oh nice, now I have a new list to work on with you. How lucky for you! 😂

And especially sleep, I need sleep - I average 7% of deep sleep a night...just a “little” lower than the 20-25% we should get. Is that affected by the vagus nerve? 🤷🏻‍♀️
