As we near a month into the #IMWChallenge we hit a festive day for those who have that special someone.
So I have an extra special challenge just for today.
I want to see what everyone is cooking for their Low Carb Valentines Day Dinner.
Please post to twitter or Instagram with #IMWChallenge and @IMWHorvitz so I will see it.
Or you can send it to me via email drhorvitz@drhorvitz.com or by secure Spruce message. If you do not have Spruce you can still send it to Spruce by emailing it to hello@imw.sprucecare.com
If the meal is really good you can bring me some leftovers on Tuesday at the office. I will be there from 10A-2PM before going home for Virtual office hours.
Best Low Carb meal gets a prize.
I am the sole judge because, well, because I started the challenge…..

We enjoyed our special dinner last night. We had beautiful thick steaks for dinner! I recently started following Laura Spath (a carnivore) on Youtube and Instagram. I first watched her video on how to pick out steaks. Tips: Look for even thickness, nice consistent marbling and a big fat cap (Ribeye). Then I watched her video and followed her method for Reverse Searing steaks. They came out beautiful and delicious! Bonus - I found out about Carnivore Snax and ordered a few bags to try. They are made with two simple ingredients meat and Redmond's Salt... they will be better to snack on the Valentine's candy!
