Before I get back to COVID, I know that sounds a lot like "Back to the Future", but I promise you it is not, I want to pass on info about a one day online conference on heart disease prevention you should consider attending. Back to COVID, yet again, unfortunately.
I have recently read about increasing COVID cases with a new Moronic variant strain supposedly sweeping Asia and Europe.
What do they always say?
What goes around comes around!
Unfortunately COVID is a infinitesimally small respiratory virus so there is no stopping it from spreading regardless of any government public health interventions.
For all you spell checkers out there, I used a 15 letter word. Did I spell it and use it correctly in the sentence???

"Virus gonna virus"
I haven’t yet heard whether the new variant is affecting our area as of yet.
I also haven’t seen verified reports that the new variant, let’s call it Moronic-Take-2, is causing increased deaths. Unfortunately people will get sick and some may die. But what I have seen so far is that these rates of hospitalization/death are no worse than a normal flu season.
So before everyone panics and allows government and public health to try and close society again, let’s sit back and wait a bit, until we have enough independent and true data to determine if and when we need to do anything, and if those "anythings" help more than harm.
The worlds governments have waged war on COVID for over two years now. Let me ask you a question.

If we have learned anything over the past two years, our government and public health response to COVID was as or more devastating than those harmed or worse by COVID itself. I truly don’t believe there was any preplanned or malicious intent. I think it just came down to PAMPERS.
Politics
Arrogance
Money
Power
Eagerness to do something to show you care
Refusal to admit what you are doing isn’t working
Societal trust in government even if it is not working as planned
So yes, I believe our government and societal response is like Pampers, a very well known diaper. What do we all know about diapers? I think we all know they get messy, stinky and need to get changed often. So how bout we handle future COVID like strains different before we step in something we don’t want to.
This can be debated freely, or more likely it should be allowed to be debated freely. But sometimes I’m not sure what world we are living in and at times it seems like a dystopian movie. I may need to start practicing crossbow. But first I’d have to get one. So everyone Keep your eye eyes open.
My views when it comes to your health:
“We want to get our response correct, not prove our initial strategy, politics or bias correct. “
So what can we do instead?
Here are some ideas to think about and you decide for yourself if you agree. You do NOT need to agree. But I hope you think through for yourself and even if you disagree you remain open and friendly to others who feel different. That’s a much healthier world to live in than the cancel culture that is presently spreading.
1- Do not allow government to again impose their emergency powers that still have not been fully lifted. I prefer individuals making decisions that are best for themselves over government imposing their power/control. Imposing power/control over individual freedoms rarely ends well.
2- As there has been plenty of data and research implying that the present COVID mRNA vaccines are no longer working against the new strains, you might want to think twice before getting further vaccinated. That being said vaccination should always be your decision to make, not your doctor, employer or government. Who knows, and by “Who” I do NOT mean the World Health Organization, perhaps a new safe vaccine that actually protects with sterilizing immunity will be discovered. You know, a vaccine that prevents you from not only getting sick, but also prevents you from spreading the virus, as well as prevents hospitalization and death. I think there would be much less vaccine hesitancy if that occurred.
Your body your choice, right?
I just suggest you read all sides to this issue, not just one narrative that you presently agree with. I am very willing to change my views as I see/hear/read about things occurring in reality. I have changed my advice throughout COVID as I learned more from real life experience and reading many different theories on treatments. If I read one thing in a paper but see mostly the opposite in real life, well …..
3- Here is the biggest intervention you can do yet you do not hear much about it from government or public health.
Get yourself as healthy as possible.
Some suggestions to consider include:
Getting your metabolism In good shape. If you are overweight start losing weight.
Lower carb and ketogenic-like diets appear to help your immune system.
Intermittent Fasting, like our March 2022 #IMWChallenge also improves your immune system in a similar way.
Get your Vitamin D levels to healthy balanced levels. I generally prefer your 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D blood levels between 50-80 on your IMW-AWT.
Decrease your stress as stress harms your immune system.
Get your COVID treatment pack ready before, just in case you get COVID. Preparation is key.
Tell your local politicians to get off the backs of treating healthcare professionals and let us treat with whatever we deem fit, as long as it is safe and we give full informed consent. Do you want politicians and media treating you or your doc who knows you well?
The best offense is a good defense. We need to unleash everything we have and not be held back by the politics of healthcare.

I have been doing intermittent fasting now for sometime. I only was eating meat and protein. With little weigh lost, Dr H suggested adding a little veg's and fruit to my diet. I now feel better (sleep, energy and handling stress) Truthfully, I was kind of surprised.
On the other topic...The CDC has recently changed the definition for "vaccination." Before the change, it read "the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce "immunity" to a specific disease". Now, the word "immunity" has been switched to "protection."
Recently, I have had to wear a mask for long periods of time (hospitals, testings, surgeons offices) My breathing is short during and after for a couple of hours. There are times when I feel like I am going to faint. I have watched elderly people in these offices struggling for air... If the virus does not kill you, for some people I believe the masks will!
