I have no emotional space left for contemplating COVID. I just need to stay as healthy as possible and Dr.H convinced me that intermittent fasting and a lower carb diet was a means to that end. To me low carb means no processed foods and minimal amounts whole grains a couple of times a week. Protein, fruits and vegetable comprise my diet. I am not trying to lose weight so I eat three meals a day within an eight hour period each day. I do not feel hungry between meals. I feel better (though would not have said I did not feel well before!), sleep better and find that I react better to stress.

It’s amazing how easy intermittent fasting is once it becomes a habit.

This actually didn’t take much time or effort for it to become a habit. I feel fuller faster and am eating less and have lost a few pounds. Don’t want or need 3 meals a day. I’m a believer
