Glad to find your work! I wasn’t aware of low fT3 as a factor in insulin resistance. I have not tested leptin to date but am now on the search

Actually FT3 is more a marker of dietary carbs burned for energy.

It’s actually an ON-DEMAND hormone that rises with dietary carbs and lowers with lower carb diets.

Unless of course the person is already hypothyroid.

Look at Leptin and Adiponectin together.

Not to mention the tears I shed when it was brought to my attention that my life long preference to vegetarian-ism was not in my own personal best interest for my health and well being🤷‍♀️ Keto-carnivore👍

I feel so fortunate to receive your posts👍❤️ Thanks for helping to fix the pre diabetic in my family. He curses you ever time he realizes he doesn’t care for/can’t tolerate all those sugars/carbs he use to LOVE!!! You da bomb!!!
