I love being out in the sun and often feel an extreme need to get some sunshine! Sunshine just makes me feel better.

It’s my understanding that most every person with poor health and certain diseases have very low vitamin D levels! Since the”deep state” and “elites” are trying to decrease the world population by 80%, directing us not to get the best form of vitamin D(the sun) is the best natural way to eliminate humanity! Fuel for thought!

I’ve heard of some food preventatives like beta carotene-rich foods such as carrots, sweet potatoes and kale to reduce sun sensitivity; lycopene-rich foods like tomato, guava and watermelon to boost protection from the sun; caffeine to cut skin cancer risk; oily fish for its anti-inflammatory properties; polyphenols such as green tea and my favorite, dark chocolate to protect against sunburn.

Love this! Trying to counter that ongoing (toxic) sunscreen conditioning in others... well-nigh impossible.
