Meme of the week
recently read something about seed oils and that they can be harmful. so using butter, ghee etc. is fine. the article discussed vitamin e to combat the effects of seed oils. even after you stop using them. anything to this? this way of eating does require (for me anyway) cooking with oils or butters etc. So I been using other oils besides olive. I'm just butter after this, but curious on your thoughts. Thanks
What are your thoughts on allulose? I know it wouldn’t be good to make a meal out of and it’s best to avoid sweets/temptation/cravings but it seems like there are almost no downsides.
