“Weight gain” from drinking water is temporary. Yes? Once it flushes through, that weight disappears.

I weigh myself every morning. Fast until 4:00 and have wondered why I gain 1-2 lbs before 4:00. Very interesting.

Yes, please discuss further. When I was a young woman calories in/calories out (burned) did work for weight management. As a woman in my mid-60’s, that simply doesn’t apply anymore. Is it the loss of muscle mass, even though I lift weights three times a week? Is it hormonal? Is it a gut issue? I’d sure like to figure it out!
