To your point, my respected & revered OB/GYN of 30+ years, who delivered my son & saved my life during an extremely difficult delivery, worked for one of the big south Jersey medical 'cartels'. He was at his wits' end in late 2022 - sadly, the last time I was able to see him. You also do not get burn out when you continue your education with lectures, books, conversations and seminars of like minded professionals/people.
Less patient burnout too. It’s exhausting waiting forever then getting 10 minutes.
